Right Hand
By 8am, you already know what to do.
An assistant on your WhatsApp that prepares payment reminders, replies and your schedule, and waits for your Yes.
- Tells you before you askThe brief arrives at 8am.1
- Nothing goes out without your YesOne tap to approve.
- Never moves moneyEvery message sent is logged.
At 8am, you already know your day.
On its own: unanswered conversations, tasks and, with the Invoices and reconciliation module, who is over 30 days late. Nothing new, no message.1
- 8am brief
- 9am follow-ups
- 45 min before meeting prep
- 5pm wrap-up
- the 1st monthly snapshot
On WhatsApp, it only messages you on its own up to 24 hours after your last message.2
See the routines
- 8am, every day · Daily brief. Unanswered conversations, tasks and drafts waiting for your Yes; with the Invoices and reconciliation module, who has been overdue for more than 30 days. If nothing is new, it sends nothing.
- 9am, Monday to Friday · Follow-ups. With the Clients and sales module, stalled proposals and conversations become follow-up drafts for you to approve.
- 45 minutes before the meeting · Prep. Last contact, open proposal and a suggested agenda, taken from the CRM and your notes.
- 5pm, Monday to Friday · Wrap-up. What went unanswered, the tasks and what is coming up tomorrow on your calendar.
- Monday, 8:30am · Weekly review. Sales, cash and the filings due in the next 30 days.
- The 1st, 7am · Monthly snapshot. How many tasks it closed, how much you approved and the response time. Counts only.

- 2 unanswered conversations
- R$ 4,200 overdue for more than 30 days

It prepares. You say Yes.
Messages, emails and events arrive as a request. The Yes only covers the text you saw: if the text changes, nothing goes out.
- Nothing goes out without your Yes
- No tool moves money
- A log the database won't let anyone edit
What it does not do, and how to stop it
- It does not pay or transfer: a payment reminder is a message, with your Yes.
- It does not issue invoices: it reads and checks them.
- It does not replace your system: it reads what you already use, through access you grant and revoke.
- It is not your accountant or lawyer: it reminds you of the deadline and frames the question; the professional signs.
To stop and undo
/parar tudo viajandoPauses routines and automatic tasks, with the reason you wrote ("viajando" means "traveling"). It keeps answering so you can resume./voltar tudoResumes what was paused, without firing everything that was skipped at once.ask it to remove the routineWhen it creates a routine, it tells you its number and how to remove it./esquecer and the excerptRemoves a document or rule from its memory, with your Yes.
Approve?
I'll send this reply to the customer:
“Hi Marina! How are you? About the August invoice, R$ 1,400: could you tell me the payment date?”
Run the numbers with your own figures.

Questions
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Everything that goes out in your name passes through your Yes, and the Yes only covers the text you saw. Every action is in the log, and HaruoDev, which does the onboarding, receives the system alerts.
Is it official WhatsApp?
Yes. The line uses Meta's official API, on a company WhatsApp number. Meta's rule applies: it only messages someone on its own up to 24 hours after that person's last message, whether that is you getting the brief or your customer in their own conversation. Outside that window, its message does not arrive: WhatsApp only accepts a Meta-approved template, and Right Hand does not send templates yet. Telegram has no such limit.2
Doesn't the WhatsApp Business app do this?
The app is for talking to your customers. Right Hand works for you: it reads your calendar and, with the modules, your statement and invoices, tells you what needs you without being asked, and only sends something in your name after your Yes.
Can I cancel? And my data?
No lock-in: cancel whenever you want, and a module that is off stops being billed. One person's data is exported in the chat, after a setting made during onboarding; HaruoDev produces the full company file on request.
Why a February queue?
The small-business service reopens in February. Whoever joins the queue now is called for the onboarding conversation.
